General Terms and Conditions

1. The goods remain our property until paid for in full. If payment is declined by your card issuer you will be notified by email.

2. Our music is usually dispatched within 2 - 3 working days of receipt of payment. If an item is temporarily out of stock we will advise you by email. We would normally expect an item to be in stock again within 7 - 10 days and will be dispatched to you as soon as it is in stock.

3. If any goods are damaged on receipt you must let us know within 7 days of delivery.

4. We will not be responsible for any orders which do not arrive due to the customer entering incorrect delivery address details. You must check your delivery address details before confirming your order.

5. We endeavour to provide accurate information in this website. Your use of this website is subject to the following website terms and conditions which we may udate from time to time without notice to you. If you do not accept these website terms and conditions you should stop using this website immediately.

8. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and shall be enforceable only in the English Courts. Any contract for the purchase of our goods through this website is deemed to have taken place in England.
